Introductory Detox Package $ 168 for 4 x 30 minute Lymph Drainage Therapy sessions with therapist Lindsey, Kaitline, or CJ when used within a six week time period (one per new client). We recommend clients have a session once every 7 to 10 days.
Chronic Fatigue Therapy Package
$ 200 for 4 x 30 minute CFS Therapy sessions with therapist CJ when used within a two month time period (one per new client). We recommend clients have a session once every 14 days.
Ultimate Detox Package $ 296 for 4 x 60 minute Lymph Drainage Therapy sessions with therapist Lindsey, Kaitlin, or CJ when used within a 3 month time period (one per client). We recommend clients have a session once every 7 to 14 days.
$ 432 for 4 x 90 minute Massage & / Or Lymph Drainage Therapy sessions with therapist Kaitlin or therapist Lindsey when used within a 4 month time period (one per client). Intended for regulars who attend monthly. One package per client.

Insurance Billing for Massage Therapy
LymphWorks is phasing out all Insurance billing by the end of AUGUST 2021. As of August 2021 we will NO LONGER ACCEPT or BILL INSURANCE for 97124 Massage Therapy or 97140 Manual. coverage with our office.
Insurance is accepted for most motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation claims, and personal injury cases with a Doctor's Prescription indicating physical medicine code 97140 and massage therapy code 97124 are medically necessary. Each prescription must include legible Physician's name and a minimum of two diagnosis codes (examples of acceptable diagnosis codes for massage are included in the attached prescription sample). Worker's comp claims require the doctor to specify our office and number of services with diagnosis code. MVA requires the doctor or chiropractor to list our office, number of services, diagnosis codes, and also require a claims representative contact phone and fax, and claim #.
Non-Profit Organizations
Lymphworks is a complementary care provider for the non-profit organizations Hope Lives Breast Cancer Support Center of Northern Colorado and Foot Steps For Hope (formerly Breast Friends) of Windsor. Inquire within about the use of vouchers and the special massage-rates that apply for members of these organizations undergoing or recovering from breast cancer treatment.
Tipping Policy
LymphWorks therapists do accept tips . If you have the means, feel we should be charging more for our niche services, and / or that your therapist has given you high quality care, please feel free to tip. We do not require or expect them. And keep in mind, the very best "tip" that you can give would be to refer others in need of our services.
